I like that they are able to support both public cloud as well as private clouds in hybrid environments. The user interface is very intuitive which makes things easy even if you have no prior experience using this platform. It also has an excellent tool set available along side their product offering. Their customer service team can be extremely responsive when issues arise during implementation. They do not offer much flexibility around customizing your own version of any given component within Openstack itself but rather rely heavily upon third party products such as Cloud Foundry etc.. This may work fine at first glance however there will likely come times where additional customization needs to occur (e.g., adding more instances). We use them primarily to create our internal data centers so we don't need all the bells & whistles offered by other platforms out there today including AWS's offerings.
