I have chronic neck pain and have tried different types of pillows over the years. After reading the reviews and watching the video about this product, I decided to buy it. It says it's good for sleeping in any position, including on your stomach. I used the chart that came with the pillow and have never been able to sleep comfortably on my stomach with this pillow. I liked it when I turned on my back. I thought there was good support and it was comfortable. However, I mostly sleep on my stomach so this pillow was a disappointment to me. I tried for about 5 nights and finally gave up. This is a good pillow for sleeping on your side or back.
