I purchased these shoes because I wanted some comfortable business casual shoes. These loafers did not disappoint. I ordered my size and they were true to size. I had enough space in the shoe to walk comfortably without feeling like it would come off my foot. They are exactly as pictured. I wore them once and received compliments on them all day! There is no arch support (flat feet here) however, I wasn't expecting any in the first place. I love the black against the "gum bottom" I would recommend!
