I bought this charger in January 2019. I've plugged and unplugged it about 10 times since I bought it, always carefully. Today I unplugged it and one of the pins was left in the socket. Luckily, I had a multi-plug adapter plugged into an outlet so I could unplug it and then unplug a pen without worrying about the power. The charger connector pins are so strong that they break.
