KYODOLED's Online Shop: Room for Development

As a product manager, I must state that KYODOLED's web store fell short of my expectations. Although they have a wide selection of workplace and school supplies, their website is not very user-friendly. Finding the goods you require can be a stressful experience due to the dated and complicated user interface. In addition, their checkout procedure is cumbersome and time-consuming due to the numerous stages involved. Another problem is that there aren't enough details about the products or user evaluations to know if you're making a good choice. However, their shipping times are longer than those of some of their rivals, and they only give free shipping on orders over $50. However, KYODOLED's online store has room for growth in terms of both user experience and customer service, despite the fact that they do sell high-quality school and workplace supplies.

Pros
  • Cost-effective pricing and free delivery
Cons
  • Simple but inefficient checkout choices
