Great for relaxing tense hands
I have never used real Baoding balls. They are meant for exercising, not meditating, but they are perfect for my medium/small hands and their weight is just right for stretching my fingers and gaining strength without tiring my arms too quickly. I type most of the day and find it very relaxing to use it regularly for a few minutes throughout the day. Extra star for the seller. My first pair broke and a replacement was shipped quickly.
