For a technician who has to travel across the US frequently, working with a single laptop monitor can be very tiring and make the job take much longer. As soon as I received this item, my pace of work changed a lot. Easy connection to your laptop is very good and quality is good enough to get the job done. I wouldn't recommend this for gaming, but for everyday computing or work, in my case it's great!
