Everything I wanted to say is displayed here on the screen. After reading quite a few articles on the internet, I came to the conclusion that although this issue does not occur very frequently, it does affect a few different individuals. A website that was of great interest was, and on that website, official Samsung support says the following: "In the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, the pulse-width modulation index is 242.7." I will not get involved in arguments regarding whether or not PWM is present, therefore you will have to make that determination on your own. Where does this leave us? I am quite relieved that the tablet was returned to me because I had purchased it from an online retailer that was required by law to do so. I gave it one star because I believe that more can't be given for a device that claims to be made for long-term viewing of multimedia content but is actually not designed for this and may cause damage to your eyesight.
