I love these facial tissues and have used them many times in different stores. When I opened the box, I turned the packet of facial tissues over and saw a huge hole in the packet. I didn't cut open my box and the tear was on the opposite side from where I opened it. I'm disappointed in the person who packaged this item and think it's okay to send someone a damaged package. Now they are dirty and I can't use them on my clients face 👎🏻
