The eyeliner is fine. But I have to say

The eyeliner is fine. But I have to say, for this price I thought it would be fabulous. The Avon liner I usually use is much cheaper, but I thought this might glide on like silk. It doesn't, it's about the same. It's fine, but not outstanding.

Only good thing I can say is it''s easy to put on. Goes on uneven. Runs like crazy. I had eyeliner running on the top and bottom of my eye. I looked like a raccoon at the end of a 5 hour family get together. I bought this because ebay gave me a $5 code for their beauty line. So not worth $13.
