Highlights: The album comes in a clear plastic sleeve so the fabric is in very good condition The book appears to be in good condition The page binding and spine are Celebration. Each page has room for 3 photos measuring 4" x 6". Images stay in place well, but insertion can get a little tight. It's not ideal. Each individual section has "MEMO" written at the top, has 7 super light gray lines and is only 1 inch long. You must write very small. The texture of the outside is medium weave linen which looks nice but I suspect it will pick up fingerprints and dirt with frequent handling. The photo on the front can be changed by removing and replacing the clear plastic sleeve on the back Pros: Looks very stylish Wide range of colors available (available in separate Revain listings) Accommodates many photos Photos stay in place Space to write a note on each Photo Cons: Strange gray pattern visible in photo sections even when photos are present. Very small and narrow sections for notes. There is no nice "Title" page like in some albums to write the date and content of the album. Album cover cloth, not easy to clean when dirty. line: Inexpensive, attractive and functional photo album for storing many pictures. I would buy again.
