Review on πŸ”΄ 50”x60” Red Dahlia Lightweight Flannel Fleece Throw Blanket - Soft and Cozy for Bed, Sofa, Couch by Rachel Smith

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Slim but fluffy - very soft

Update: I loved it so much I ordered a second one in green. This time I shot with an inverted pattern (stripes vs. squares). Original Review: I needed a "medium" comforter for hot summer days. I'm the type who needs to sleep with something "heavy" even when my room seems to be 200 degrees and humid (no air conditioning). It's time to ditch the thick duvet and move on to a "cooler" duvet. Can't comment on how warm it is when used alone or with just a sheet. I washed and dried mine (also at high temperature), then laid it on the bed and used it for the first time last night: combined with the quilted bedspread, I felt very warm at night. But not too hot. I think a duvet without a cover would be enough to keep you comfy all night (in the summer). However, I am a tall, middle-aged woman who suffers from hot flashes. 🀣 If you get cold very easily, you might not think this is warm enough for sheets unless you combine it with other duvets. Size fits 90x90 (but could it be MUCH smaller? I didn't measure, just my bedspread for comparison. It's thinner than it looks in the picture. One side is cubic and fluffy and the other side is made up of less fluffy stripes. The border is double sided with fluffy 'cubes' so when you see the edge the comforter looks 2 times thicker than it actually is no matter what it becomes, makes a great 'sofa' blanket, very soft, Available in great colors. I have "Mango". "I wanted a dark orange but they don't fit. I don't sell it in the 90x90 size. Lame. Worth the $25 I would have spent." , if it were washable.
