Arrived fairly quickly, I'm really impressed with the quality, has 4 layers under the dress and it's really a little tough but very flattering NOT itchy / itchy at all and my 2 year old loved it. I bought a size 2 and my daughters are tall but petite for their age and they fit great, they don't have much room to grow but the waistband holds that in place and the lace stretches as well. The neckline was quite big but with some alterations to her shoulders it would be fine as the dress needed to be lifted up a bit so her small pieces weren't showing but this is an easy fix. properly sewn, which is easy to fix. Overall I was impressed with the quality and the belt is great! Be sure to buy!
