Wanted to try this product and not quite sure how I feel about its effectiveness. I followed the instructions and didn't notice any difference. I noticed irritation on the side of my tongue afterwards. I'm not sure if I could have pressed too hard and scratched and irritated my tongue. The packaging could have been better. Because they tried to fit all four scrapers into a small, narrow box, it arrived bulging at one end and open at the other end. In general everything is fine, but be careful when cleaning the tongue. Scratch easily.
