Review on Yokohama Advan Sport V105 225/55 R17 105Y summer by Wiktor Witold Skow ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best thing Ive ever used, a great item for everyone!

Car Mercedes Sl r230 5.0. Rear-wheel drive, wide set. Operating conditions - highway at high speed + winding roads. Driving experience 13 years. Before that, on my cars of a similar class, there was a trace of a brand of rubber: 1. Michelin PS2 is the best tire I've ever ridden, stocked from the factory, track mileage and winding roads, high speed. Erased in 3 seasons or 40 thousand km; 2. Bridgestone Potenza RE001 - very bad tires on which he rode, after Michelin decided to save money. The result is oak Gov . oh, noisy, slippery in the rain, etc. The only plus is wear resistance. 3. Continental ContiSportContact 5-good tires, but enough for 25 thousand km, taking into account the price and rapid wear, I will not take it anymore, but if you have a financial opportunity, the rubber is actually the equivalent of Michelin PS2. 4. Yokohama Advan Sport V105s - is on the car for the third season, mileage is about 12 thousand km - like new. In terms of performance, I didn’t notice a difference with ContiSportContact 5, it’s not for nothing that this rubber is installed from the factory on all top AMG models. The difference in price with Mishka and Kontik is 30 thousand with my size. And if you can't see the difference, why pay more? I can say with confidence that even at high operating speeds, rubber will last for 40-50 thousand km, taking into account such a height of rubber, it’s better not to come up with. For me it's seasons 7-8 =)

Pros
  • In dimensions 255/35/19 and 285/30/19 for 50 thousand, a set is better than rubber for cars with a sports slope with a weight of under 2 tons.
Cons
  • Didn't find it.
