One of the side walls has no holes for the dowels of the lower shelf. Yes, I checked the other side. There are no dowel holes in the part that helps align the bottom shelf. That was the last thing I had to attach, so the thing is already built. I agree with other reviewers that there are no pre-drilled holes on the product and paint defects. So I called the number on the customer service insert. I immediately started receiving spam calls claiming it was Amazon customer service and I had to press 0 to discuss the suspicious payment. Now I have to disassemble it and send it back. Do not do that. The product has a quality problem.
