I was scared of finding a belt as I now wear 54x29 dress pants and most belts run small even in the next size up but I bought 56 and it was long enough to use it instead two notches. Suck to get one, then let it dig with other straps all day. If I lose weight I will be buying more of these pants as my pants are shrinking in size. I don't know about the durability but it lasts a few months, I'm not complaining about the price. Goes great with my work pants.
