I'm 5 foot 7, 165 lbs and 36 ddd. I wear jeans brand nine west and sonoma size 6 and medium tops. I read the measurements and ordered a size 10 (cant remember if they considered it a large or XL but it matches a 10 according to their chart) and it fit perfect. A 10 fits like a 6. So, going by "size" this fits small by 2 to 4 sizes SO GO BY MEASUREMENTS. This looks great on! Every person I passed complimented me.
