The ability to keep our paperwork in one place and have a system that is easily accessible. The system allows for the ability to do everything in one place and keep track of all the documentation. The system allows for easy communication between the driver and the company. I think it could use a few more features. The system is easy to learn and use. It is allowing us to continue to keep track of all the paperwork for the drivers. It allows for ease of communication to the drivers and the company. The customer service has been very good as far back I can remember! They are always willing to help you with any questions or concerns that may arise along way when using their product/service for DOT certification purposes in MD state (TIVA CLOUD). There isn't anything specifically about this program; but if there was one thing it would be more options of different types such at home time use companies vs work place etc..
