I use this backpack to keep food warm or even cold. I work short days and whether I'm packing hot or cold food, it provides perfect insulation. The cup holder is a lot bigger than I thought it would be. Mainly because I can store small cups or even large cups in it and it won't overflow. The straps on this one are amazingly comfortable to wear. I've actually even used this cooler when I go out for lunch. Where I live our food can get cold compared to some decent restaurants because they are quite a distance away. With this cooler, I can order food from these places, put it in this cooler, which has more than enough room inside, and come home with the food still hot. Even if the temperature drops below 30 degrees, my food stays tasty and hot. I can see how it can help with any food delivery company, but I can still keep the food so nice and hot in a 20-30 minute drive.
