Wow! I have to say these guys are an act of class! I bought it because I wanted a lightweight charger with a little less cord than standard Dell power adapters. At the time of purchase I had a Dell Inspiron 2 in 1 and the adapters that came with it worked fine. I rebuilt this laptop, gave it to one of my co-workers and went back to my old trusty Dell 6430u and unfortunately he didn't have a tip for it. I emailed Innergie my serial number on the power supply and bam! These guys sent me a new tip very quickly! With the new tip I can support my 6430u and my job was to provide a Dell 7490. I'll probably order another one just to have an extra one to put in another bag. Super light and compact. I highly recommend the product and the company. You will not regret it!
