I bought these shoes hoping they would last until I had time to go to the shoe store (horrible task). and since I'm on my feet all day, I can't wear clunky, heavy shoes that don't allow my feet to expand. They were cheap and I took a chance. To my surprise, this is one of the most comfortable pairs I've had in a long time. I don't know how durable they will be, but they don't feel super cheap at all. Most importantly, the toe box is roomy, even more so than some of the wide shoes I've had. I cannot stress enough how much foot pain can be attributed to shoes that bring your toes together. And how it affects the whole body. I don't know if they work with flat feet as they have a sort of contour that seems to taper a bit where the middle of a flat foot would be wider. But I will definitely buy a few more.
