High quality uniform dress
This is a high quality one piece dress. It fits true to size, although maybe a bit long. The dress washes well with no noticeable shrinkage or fading. It doesn't have the usual Tommy logo, which I think is good because it keeps kids on the same level regardless of their economic status.
