So let me start this review with two things, firstly I am an honest shopper who buys a lot on Amazon and secondly I am not picky at all I rarely write reviews unless this one deserves it , in a bad way, so others don't make the same mistake. The quality of the mug is ok, but that's about it. The product has a design flaw in the touchpad which is very sensitive so sometimes it works too fast and sometimes it doesn't work at all and it automatically changes settings and after that it turns off automatically so the result is a product you can use. Don't trust (potentially dangerous) because sometimes it won't turn off automatically and gets warmer and warmer on high settings up to 85C (max setting is 65). I've attached a video so you can see for yourself how the product behaves normally, so sometimes you get iced tea and sometimes you burn your mouth, that's accidental, I've tried the app and without the app. I contacted support but only got one response and copied it below. ******** **From service@vsitoo.com Dear customer, are you using temperature setting app? can you tell me more details Many Thanks. Best regards, VSITOO TEAM ***************** No response after that, I sent a video, more emails and nothing, I assume you know very well what of i speak so you keep quiet. It feels like they are launching the product before even pouring and tasting the tea. Sometimes I get bad products but I don't write such a review, sometimes I get a very bad product and still don't write a bad review. But there are times when you just feel cheated and need an honest opinion.
