I bought a new Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 for my wife. I ordered a protective glass Screen Pro. When I received the package. There were two protective films in the box. One is already cracked. I couldn't get the second screen to work on the tablet. Lots of bubbles and just doesn't work. I emailed customer service on Monday. And on Friday, a brand new package was delivered to my home. Customer service was great. Really cool. I used to put screen protectors on my phones. And yes, they can be a pain. Second time. I put more effort into putting the screen protector on. Eventually I managed to get rid of small bubbles. You just have to be patient. Read the instructions. They are easy to understand. I would buy from this seller again.
