In the recent past, I made a purchase from the LALUZ online store consisting of a ceiling fan; however, my interaction with their customer support was less than satisfactory. I contacted their support team for assistance after discovering that my shipment included a damaged blade when it arrived. However, I had trouble getting in touch with anyone, and when I eventually did, the representative who answered the phone seemed uninterested in providing assistance to me. The fact that LALUZ provides such terrible customer service makes me reluctant to make future purchases from the company, which is a shame because I was looking forward to trying the product.
