I bought this medium sized vest when I was about 170 pounds and 5ft 6 inches tall. It fit perfectly even on my large hips. I've worn it a lot because it's just the thing for Texas winters and a cold house. It wasn't as soft as I thought it would be. It's a kind of fleece material that I didn't really like. I wanted a very soft vest but it still worked! Unfortunately I had a baby and gained 25 pounds and now it doesn't fit me. My chest is 38g, so there are problems with the hips. But overall I think Colombia is a bit big.
