Edit. I bought this suitcase a few months ago and it had a BIG flaw. Every time I open it, the iPad appears, or at least the bottom left corner. Greenlaw saw my review and immediately contacted me and sent me a replacement free of charge (it was a silver color, they weren't pink at the time). The silver had no issues, great case, good keyboard, solid. Anyway, I had the silver one for a few weeks and fell hard on the hard floor. A small piece broke off (next to the volume knob) but this didn't affect the integrity of the case and most importantly my iPad didn't break or even get scratched. He did his job! About a week later, the keyboard got oil from an Italian sub (don't eat dripping subs in the car). Well, about a day later, the keyboard stopped working normally. So now I'm on the third one. I really like this case and since the first one all my problems have been related to user error. Greenlaw was a great and responsive company.
