Smart scales are worth it, they're awesome

Wow! I haven't had a scale in decades. But when I was in my 40's and faced with some health issues as well as potential health issues, I was just looking for a simple scale to track my weight (loss?). For an additional $20 you get all this cool data. and tracking. In fact I'm not talking about the super accuracy of the information provided, this is not a doctor's office. But it seems to get to the point. It's amazing how much it can read (even in general) by sending tiny pulses around your body. Syncing with your phone is very easy and reliable - no problems with signals or sending in just 2 weeks. It's nice to see these values changing and shifting right on your phone. and having all this information really helps you, subconsciously, even think a little more about being healthy. I actually walk more (even if I don't exercise yet) and watch how much unhealthy food I eat and how unhealthy my main meals I allow. Perhaps the influence of the technical aspect on my habits is weakening. But anything that makes me think more about my health is worth it, especially considering it costs literally $20 more than any other decent-looking scale.
