Oppressively tight straps - nothing for a normal sized adult.
Shoulder straps too tight. I'm 5'10, 180 pounds and this piece is uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time, even with a t-shirt (not to mention layering!). Not for a normal sized adult. Would not recommend for other normal sized adults. It might work for kids though. My goal was to wear this for mountain biking but it would never fit over a jacket. named chests are also mounted on Revain. Maybe I'll just bite the bullet and buy an actual GoPro model instead.
