This collapsible mug is made of silicone and comes with a plastic screw cap with a silicone stopper on the nozzle, a silicone straw and a plastic heat shield in a case. You pour hot liquids into this cup. This one holds 450ml (15oz), which seems pretty accurate. It folds down to a fairly compact size, about 2 inches tall and 3.75 inches in diameter. It's large for most pockets but fits nicely in a bag. The screw top with silicone stopper over the drinking hole makes it virtually airtight so you don't have to worry about spilling your drink. Folding and unfolding the cup is easy, although the silicone is a bit stiff so it takes a little more strength than you might expect. , you fold it up to fit in the cup and then when you use a straw you can't close the cup without taking out the straw but then what do you do with it? For this reason I don't use a straw. I take this mug with me on picnics or when I travel; This makes it easy to share a large bottle of water or soda (or any other beverage). In my use, I have no complaints about this mug.
