I don't usually write product reviews but this product is exceptional and that's why I decided to leave a review. Most proteins are packed with fillers and fluff, but this protein is pure, no fluff! The flavor was amazing too, it was light and fluffy, not thick and sweet like a milkshake at a roadside hamburger stand! (By the way, I bought vanilla). Each serving contains protein, BCAAs, glutamine, and what the company calls "Velositol," which they say "doubles the strength of protein." I haven't taken it in a while, but I definitely feel like my body is metabolizing protein more easily and quickly, with less pain, so it's working in my book! I will definitely buy AGAIN!
