I like that it does not require much maintenance with only 1 admin to manage all accounts across multiple locations using different devices (laptops/deskttops). It has helped us save time of managing physical assets as clients are able move from one device or location without having worry about hardware failure which allows for seamless transition between sites when needed! As mentioned above there can be some initial cost associated but once set up this service will allow you have peace mind knowing your client's desk stays productive no matter where they go - even if their PC breaks down!!
