KARM knee pads helped! My daughter plays a variety of sports (soccer, lacrosse, and wrestling) and her knees hurt from the constant hitting and twisting. We bought this knee brace to relieve the pain. She wore it to a workout and it helped. I was concerned about "one size fits all" especially since she has long skinny legs. The sleeve fits well and does not slip during training. She also has sensory issues (the texture of her clothes bothers her) and the material of this sleeve didn't bother her at all. We tried another brand and didn't like the feel of this one at all and it slipped off easily. The KARM knee pad was great; The comfort and stability helped relieve my daughter's knee pain.
