Review on Bitters Bottle Cocktails Professional Restaurantware by Luis Thompson

I make very small batches of bitters for my personal use and these small bottles are just what I needed. They look very good with bitter in them; each one is different, with good refraction in faceted glass bottles and pristine clear glass in smooth glass bottles. I also like that they come with glass plugs so the dash isn't the only air shield available. But there are two things that detract from their 5 star rating. First of all, they cannot be washed in the dishwasher. For a glass bottle intended to hold consumables but cannot be washed in the dishwasher. Too bad I didn't think of that before buying. As a result, I have some concerns about the quality of the glass, but so far it hasn't caused any problems. And I wash by hand. Second, dash tips let so little liquid through that it takes a strong hand and multiple tries to get the equivalent of a "pinch" of bitter out of the tips. do so and am happy using them so far.
