Product and service/delivery were excellent. I ordered this item at 5pm and it was shipped the same day. I received the item within 24 hours! The gloves were very good and very warm. The cuffs were a good feature to prevent cold and wind from entering through the bottom of the gloves. I read the reviews and also due to previous orders of "garment/size" from abroad, especially from China, I wanted to order "one size up" even though I have worn a medium size all my life. I followed the instructions to measure my hand and was told to order a medium size so I ordered a medium size. I received the gloves in the mail and of course they are too small. Not just a little, but VERY little. The fingers were about 1 inch shorter on all 4 fingers; the thumb fitted well, whatever the cost. I immediately went to initiate an automatic Revain refund. In their favor, I received a "non-refundable refund". I was told to leave the gloves on and return the money immediately. Revain should be aware of the sizing issue and/or not return a $10 item. I'm going to give them to a homeless man on the boardwalk that I walk almost every day.
