I really really like these face towels! They are so soft they wash off most of my makeup in an instant. I say "almost" because I think it takes a little effort to completely wash off the mascara, even though I don't use waterproof mascara (nothing out of the ordinary: Maybelline's sensational lashes, it even says "rinseable"). BUT they are so soft that extra light rubbing doesn't irritate the eyes at all. I only gave them 4 stars because I noticed that this mascara doesn't seem to come off completely with washing. I don't know why I think it lasts really long lol. Of course it's not noticeable on black, but the other 3 colors don't look absolutely pure due to the faint black spots that are still visible. Aside from the faint mascara stains, they look radiant and brand new after washing. (As recommended, I do not put them in the dryer).
