I love that it is easy to use with all of my clients! It's very user friendly, and I've never had any issues using this software. The only problem I have is that sometimes when you try to add an employee they don't show up in your list until after you refresh. But other than that everything has been great so far. This program makes scheduling appointments super simple. You can also send out reminders which helps keep everyone organized. My favorite feature is how much easier it is to track client information. Also, there are many different reports that help make managing your business really convenient. Being able to access all of our data from anywhere is amazing as well.
