My son wears size 10 toddler shoes. I ordered a pair of 12 and 13v. I liked the outside quality and I wanted him to grow the slippers. The 12th is too small and the 13th fits him just right. The shoes themselves look very comfortable and durable, but the size is not true to size. When trying to return the 12th my only option was to pay for the purchases and deduct them from our refund. That way my son doesn't wear them and we also don't waste money on handling fees when we're already paying the annual base fee for shipping. Hopefully we can find someone to give them as gifts or they will just be donated as the size was too big.
