Review on V5 571P V5 571G V5 431P Adapter Charger by Jessica Velasquez

Very dissatisfied that the product I purchased was not what was sent to me. The picture shows a 3-pin connector, and the end of the 3-pin connector has a 3-pin connector included in the charging box. I received a two-pin plug and a two-pin plug. On the product image, you can see that a small circle lights up during charging. What I have doesn't have it. To top it off, when I plugged in my laptop, it wasn't charging. The end that goes in the laptop doesn't even fit my laptop. The picture of the charger on Revain looks exactly like the original charger for my laptop which is why I bought it. Return for refund.
