The support team has been helpful with my issues since I started working with them about 4 months ago! They are very responsive to my questions even when it's not business hours or they have other customers who need help immediately.
We're solving our PCI compliance issue by implementing their solution which will increase visibility into all of our payment card processing transactions across multiple channels such as email marketing/transactional emails, online store checkout process, etc., so we can make sure there aren't any fraudulent activities taking place. There hasn't really been anything bad yet from this product but if you do encounter an error please contact Support@certifiedsecuritysolutions.com ASAP because sometimes these errors take time to be fixed especially if its during off-hours. Being able to see where fraud activity happens at certain times helps us identify potential risk associated with specific businesses / customer accounts & allows us to focus additional attention towards those areas instead of just assuming everything is fine.
