Review on 🔒 Ziploc-style Reclosable Freezer Bags by Mil by John Koch

I bought these bags for sous vide cooking. I understand that these bags weren't designed for this purpose, but I've used other brands with no problems. When cooking the pork shoulder for !65d the packaging broke. I've tried several times with the same result. I haven't tried it at lower temperatures (e.g. beef at 134d). It might not be fair to give this product a low rating for something it's not intended for, but I just wanted to warn others with the same idea.
