I'm rearranging my pantry. I have some small 1lb specialty beans. I bought the medium sized glasses in this collection and their capacity is perfect for 2-2-1/2 cups in these 1 pound packs. I now store my red rice, black rice and small einkorn berries in it. Because they have straight sides, they can also be stacked sideways and vertically on top of each other, making efficient use of shelf space in the pantry. I will probably order another set as I have several boxes of wild rice that take up too much space on their own. The medium size isn't big enough to hold larger grains, but is ideal for a pound of rice and smaller grains like amaranth, millet, or buckwheat.
