I noticed that there are different opinions in the reviews, so I thought it would be useful to share my experience. I recently purchased a FixMeStick here at Revain. I've used it on 3 different computers (2 desktops and 1 laptop). The instructions were simple and easy to follow. The stick is well thought out in its processes and even comes with a status display while it scans your computer. I found this very useful compared to a blank screen with a progress wheel or something. The flash drive found suspicious items on 2 of my computers and removed them for me with no problem. No suspicious files were found on a computer after scanning. Each computer has a different number of files that need to be scanned, so the total time depends on the computer, but I estimate the average scan time to be around 3 hours. This was very easy for me as I started the scan and then left the computer alone until it was complete. It's better than sitting and watching!
