The cover that comes with the pillow is flimsy, the stitching is in terrible places. This replacement cover is perfect as it zips in all the right places, is soft and will stand up to washing. Please note that after washing I let it air dry on a normal cycle in the cold to avoid any shrinkage or seam pulling issues (this is what others have reported about issues).
