I have bought this product 3 times. The first 2 times I used it I loved it! It had the best scent, it only took me a little bit to get my curly hair smooth and silky. I loved the product for everyone and answered questions on how to use it in Revain as the instructions weren't clear and took the time to express how much I love this product. FINALLY something that works! Think back to my last purchase last month. My package of 2 containers arrived safely and undamaged in individual packaging. I opened one and found it was only half full and had no odor. NO. I put it on my hair and it was NOT the same. Not only did it NOT straighten my hair, it left my hair looking very dull and lackluster and I could barely comb my fine, thinning but frizzy hair with a wide tooth comb. past. Not even close. Why do companies think they need to change the formulas? It's cheaper? Is it the company itself or is it a cheap fake? The company is based in China, with fuzzy English in the description and instructions, but I'm fine with that as long as it works as it has in the past. Seems like I'll have to look for another hair mask, this one doesn't live up to its promise anymore.
