Very happy with this TV mount. We have a 60" LG and didn't want to do the installation ourselves, so we had it installed through Revain as well. The guys that came out were great and had no issues with this mount. The only thing they pointed out to me was that in larger rooms a tilting mount might be better as you may need to tilt it down a bit to compensate for the fact that the people sitting on the couch are lower than the TV The experience can be better when the TV is tilted. a little down. We didn't have any problems with the TV but I can see it could be a big deal for others. Our sofa is also quite high, so if your living room seats are very low, you might want to consider a reclining model. Great touch - it's solid and my TV hasn't fallen off yet so I'm happy.
