Looks pretty but feels unsafe

You can sit in it. The chair didn't even come with assembly instructions, so I can't 100% say it's assembled correctly. It's very comfortable to sit in, however from the second day I've owned it I'm concerned about the structural integrity of the chair as I sometimes hear cracking noises from the wooden legs and I'm pretty sure it's just one In time one of the legs will break. . When I received this chair there were also some cuffs on the black part of the seat. It would be nice if someone would take care of the delivery. I hope the legs don't break, but I won't be surprised.
