Great customer service - I called them after midnight once when my account was frozen due to an error on their end and they got back to me right away (they had some downtime).
Have used other companies products and this is better than any other product we use. This allows us to track everything from first contact to closing sale. The best part is the reporting and analytics we can generate from this tool. The best thing is it works great for our business. It does everything we need it to do and it does it well. Also, they have free 24/7 phone support which is very helpful if you're having trouble setting things up or using the software.

- Customer Service is excellent
- You don't need a degree in computer science to figure it out
- They make sense and are easy to understand
Cons
- If you aren't comfortable with Excel, it may be difficult to use at first
- No mobile app, although you can download reports from a desktop browser
