At first I was happy with the case. It protected the phone and worked well. I was even able to use the fingerprint feature. I later found that the part covering the power wire connection becomes a problem. When the phone is charging, this part rests against the cable and disconnects. I ended up cutting off a piece, but too late. Part of the fingerprint also turns into a brown circle. dirty screen I wish that was the only problem. I removed the case from my phone to put the card inside. Now that this case is active again, I can no longer use fingerprints. It looks like there is glue on the screen to make the fingerprints work and when the case is removed the glue no longer works. You can buy this case for this phone if you never want to take it off your phone and if you want to cut off the power supply cover as soon as you receive it so as not to mess up the connection. I also bought this version of the case for the S9, which is great as it doesn't have a fingerprint ring or power cover. Was disappointed with the one for the S10.
